Yes, you heard me right, I'm levelling up to level 17! As for what I have planned for this momentous occasion? Well, on Friday, I'll be posting a house mix on my YouTube channel showcasing all my favorite house tracks & more, as well as a special poster also coming up on that date. Why Friday, you may ask? Well the thing is I have school on my birthday, and I'd prefer if I had an entire day to myself instead, so I rescheduled the festivities to Friday, which doesn't have any school.

Hey folks! A bit of a heads up: I'm joining Artfight 2024! You can find my profile here. For those unaware, ArtFight is an annual event where artists "attack" each other—or, in layman's terms, artists draw each others' OCs. It's kinda like an art trade on steroids, where instead of art-trading with 1 person, you're art trading with hundreds of thousands.

I am planning on being quite active during ArtFight, so you guys should expect a large quantity of art to sprout up here and there once the event commences. If you're an artist by the way you should definitely do ArtFight! It's a fun event and you get your OCs drawn while you draw other people's OCs. it's a win-win!

Hello, Newgrounds. It's me again. Sorry for not posting any stuff here - it's a bit of a pain in the ass to use on an iPad. I'll start uploading more art here, as honestly I wanna rely less on Big Tech platforms (like Instagram, Twitter and Discord) and more on websites that actually warrant attention (like Newgrounds and Cohost), so yeah. You'll start seeing more stuff crop up here. For now I'll just be uploading stuff from my back catalogue so my art catalogue here is more consistent with, say, my art catalogue on Instagram and/or Twitter!

oh, yeah, for those who are unaware, I unfortunately had to cancel my CAP23 commemorative art project as it was simply too big and daunting of a task to do. (Plus, I've been struggling with motivation a LOT these days for some reason) however—and this is not a guarantee but HOWEVER—I do have plans to draw more fan art of my friends and favorite artists! I'm not sure if I can live up to that promise (again, motivation issues, gah) but I'll try.

Hey everyone :) Laris here.

So I've been an Instagram resident for 2 years now. I've built a small but decent following over there, until now. You see, someone at Instagram decided that they were gonna remove the recent tab from hashtags, which effectively means that it's practically impossible for small artists like me to gain a following without paying up for advertising.

This sucks, obviously! I've called Instagram home for 2 years, but alas, it's time to move to another home, I guess.

Since Newgrounds is one of the best art sites around that has also stayed free of enshittification, I'm planning on giving Newgrounds a higher priority in where I post art. Besides, Newgrounds has stayed alive for 30 years now, and Tom Fulp really genuinely cares about the site, so I'll give this a real shot.

Expect more arts to come here real soon :)
